KANGAR: Perlis Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Shahidan Kassim is concerned with the declining number of top Umno leaders coming from the northern states, which has traditionally produced many leaders.
He said if a study was to be conducted, it would show that no one from Perlis, Kedah or Penang have the clout to contest a vice-president seat.
