KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia Airlines said it was being sued by a private firm for RM226mil.
It said in a statement that Advent Group Management Sdn Bhd claimed the amount as special damages and an unspecified amount of general damages following a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) it signed with two other firms, FahimCapital Sdn Bhd and LSG Lufthansa Service Asia Ltd.
