KUALA LUMPUR: The DAP will move an urgent motion in Parliament on Monday to pay tribute to Rosli Mohd Saad, who was stabbed to death by a snatch thief, for his public spirit.
National chairman Lim Kit Siang said the party would also establish a Rosli Award in his memory to honour members of the public for their contributions and to roll back the crime wave.
