KUCHING: Taking a leaf from the Federal Government, Sarawak has created a Second Finance Minister post in a state Cabinet shake-up which also saw an assistant minister promoted and seven state assemblymen becoming assistant ministers.
The youngest person named was 25-year-old Larry Sng Wei Shien of Parti Bansa Dayak Sarawak (PBDS), who was appointed Assistant Minister in the Chief Minister’s Department in charge of economic planning. He fills the post left by Joseph Entulu, who is now Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department.
