PETALING JAYA: The Public Service Department (PSD) is now recognising the three Japanese colleges offering engineering diplomas after three students claimed that they were unable to further their studies with those qualifications.
The PSD, in a statement yesterday, said the Kitakyushu National Technology College, Yuge Maritime Technology National College and Kure National Technology College were now recognised to be on par with engineering diplomas of local universities.
