THE Sarawak government's coffers is back in the black, largely due to compensation for oil and gas rights as well as excise and import duties on petroleum products.
Deputy Chief Minister Tan Sri Dr George Chan Hong Nam said the state government made a surplus of RM168mil last year, against a budgeted deficit of RM220mil.
