SUCCESS stories of several native customary rights (NCR) land developed into oil palm plantations are yet to convince some landowners of the benefits they could gain by opening their idle land for commercial development.
Deputy Chief Minister Tan Sri Alfred Jabu said that some landowners doubted the state’s sincerity in getting them to form joint ventures with private firms to develop such land.
