PETALING JAYA: The operator of the Shah Alam Expressway, Kesas Sdn Bhd, will be the only expressway concessionaire that will not be giving refunds for its electronic toll transponders, which must stop operating at midnight on June 30.

Other concessionaires – Lingkaran Trans Kota Bhd (Litrak) and Grand Saga Sdn Bhd – with their own electronic toll collection (ETC) systems have decided to give full refunds for the cost of transponders as well as the remaining balance.
