A MOTHER of three had to undergo surgery to rejoin her nearly severed fingers after being attacked by a snatch thief, Nanyang Siang Pau reported.
The front-page report – complemented by a picture of the victim, 47-year-old Low Chu Kuen, in a hospital bed – said two snatch thieves on a motorcycle had attacked her in front of her house in Subang Jaya.
