STUDENTS offered places to study medicine in public and private universities but who are unable to pay the fees are urged to apply for loans or scholarships from the Kuala Lumpur and Selangor Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KLSCCI), Nanyang Siang Pau reported.
Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia president Tan Sri William Cheng urged students to write to him personally and said he would forward the letters to the KLSCCI.
