KUALA LUMPUR: STPM students with a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 3.92 are now eyeing the places left vacant by the 128 top scorers (CGPA of 4.0) who were allowed to change their courses and pursue medicine locally.
MCA Youth national education bureau chairman Dr Wee Ka Siong said these 3.92 scorers were the second best after the top 4.0 scorers and they did not qualify for medicine as a CGPA of 4.0 was a prerequisite.
