KANGAR: Perlis may be a small state but sparks are anticipated during the coming Umno polls, with the top post in two of the three divisions expected to be contested.
Except for Arau, headed by Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Shahidan Kassim who's not likely to be challenged, keen contests are expected in the Kangar and Padang Besar Umno divisions, where the current division chiefs will not be seeking re-election.
