KUALA LUMPUR: A company director was charged in the Sessions Court here yesterday with criminal breach of trust involving RM1mil. 

Datuk Noor Mohamad Abu Backer, 37, of MacAlister Road, Penang, pleaded not guilty to committing criminal breach of trust involving the money entrusted to him as a director of NM Backer Communication Sdn Bhd at No. 1, Lorong Damai 12, Jalan Ampang here, between April 16 and May 30, 1996.
