THE Government has been urged to set up a special committee under the purview of Parliament to monitor the Anti-Corruption Agency in a move to promote check and balance.
Datuk Suhaili Abdul Rahman (BN – Labuan) asked: “While the ACA is monitoring the movements of the ministers, who is watching over the agency?”
