KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court will hear today an application for bail by housewife Yim Pek Ha, who is alleged to have abused a 19-year-old Indonesian maid.
She had been slapped four charges on Saturday of causing grievous hurt to Nirmala Bonat but was denied bail by the Sessions Court which ruled that the offences were severe.
