KUALA LUMPUR: Clerk Chin Wai Fun died when she fell and hit her head on the road during a snatch theft incident – her fourth experience since she first became a victim more than 10 years ago.
In the 3pm incident in Jalan Berhala on Saturday, the 37-year-old Wai Fun was on her way home in Brickfields when a motorist approached her and pulled her handbag from behind.
