SABAK BERNAM: School-leavers from rural areas can now attend free training on basic skills under the Mutiara Selangor Bistari Programme at their own hometowns.
The programme, a collaboration between the state government, state education department and SEG International Bhd, will train the thousands of school-leavers with the objective of helping them get jobs.
