IRREGULARITIES such as fraudulently altering vehicles' registration particulars and renewing licences without proper documents were detected at Road Transport Department (JPJ) offices nationwide, Utusan Malaysia reported.
Quoting JPJ director-general Datuk Emran Kadir, the daily reported that 26,827 suspicious transactions were detected at JPJ offices in the first three months of this year.
