LONDON: HELP Institute student Wong Xiao Qing did Malaysia proud on Friday when she clinched not one but two awards in the International Public Speaking Competition 2004 here.
While most Malaysians slept last Friday night, the 19-year-old was sweating it out, competing against 59 other students from 34 countries in the competition.
