PENANG: The state MCA Public Services and Complaints Bureau has received requests for help from families of Malaysians detained overseas for allegedly using forged credit cards to buy branded items and stay in five-star hotels.
They sought help from bureau chief Ooi Chuan Aik who then wrote to the respective Malaysian embassies.
