THE Education Ministry has stressed that the Penilaian Tahap Kecekapan (efficiency assessment) test will not be the main criterion for promotion or salary increments of teachers, Utusan Malaysia reported yesterday.
Education Minister Datuk Hishammuddin Tun Hussein said the PTK was just one of the components considered by his ministry in deciding on the promotions.
