Seven in 10 Klang Valley males above 50 suffer some diseases

KUALA LUMPUR: Every seven in 10 men above 50 years old in the Klang Valley suffer from two or more chronic illnesses, according to a community health study carried out by the Malaysian Society for Andrology of Aging Men.  

It revealed that many who were educated and affluent were found to have diseases concerning the heart, hypertension, diabetes, erectile dysfunction and liver as a result of poor dietary habits and lack of exercise.
