KUALA LUMPUR: There will be more efforts to preserve the culture of orang asli and commercialise their artistic products to ensure that their unique heritage is better recognised, Datuk Seri Dr Rais Yatim said.
The Culture, Arts and Heritage Minister said the ministry had taken positive steps towards that direction, including building an Orang Asli Museum, which would be ready within two years at the Paya Indah Wetlands Sanctuary in Kuala Langat, Selangor.
