A few black sheep are plaguing Sabah’s civil service but on the overall, the state administration is functioning well, Chief Minister Datuk Musa Aman said.
“There are some government staff who are not performing up to expectations but the problems in the civil service are not that serious,” he told reporters outside the House after several assemblymen hit out against certain government staff in their debates yesterday.
