Officers foil smuggling of anteaters

KANGAR: Anteaters worth about RM19,000 believed to be destined for Thailand were seized from a lorry by the anti-smuggling unit.  

The lorry driver had tried to avoid a roadblock by turning around but was caught up by the officers after a short chase in the 9.40am incident.
