PENANG: All Cabinet ministers should be barred from smoking to show leadership by example, said Universiti Sains Malaysia Vice-Chancellor Professor Datuk Dzulkifli Abdul Razak.
Just like the Government's anti-corruption campaign to weed out corrupt officials, there should also be an anti-smoking campaign starting with the ministers as its target, he said.
