KUALA LUMPUR: A deputy public prosecutor told the Sessions Court yesterday that he co-operated with the Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA) to set a trap for a lawyer who offered him a RM5,000 bribe two years ago.
DPP Fahmi Abd Moin said it all started when lawyer P. Vijian, 40, met him at the Criminal Sessions Court 1 here on Aug 7, 2002, to ask about his client’s case.
