KUALA LUMPUR: Blasting works for the Storm Water Management and Road Tunnel (SMART) project near Ixora Apartments in Jalan Tun Razak will be deferred until Thursday, to await certification that the structure of the apartment is safe, said Drainage and Irrigation (DID) director-general Datuk Keizrul Abdullah.
He also said that the building looked relatively safe as the impact of blasting was not big.
