KUALA LUMPUR: A Singaporean was charged with cheating a woman into giving him RM850,000 to purportedly pay for a bank service in connection with an alleged deal with the Government of Nigeria.
Muhamad Abdullah, 58, had allegedly duped Lee Swee Lian, 49, into believing that the Ni-gerian government would pay him US$21.5mil (RM81.7mil) as a payment for a contract job.
