PENANG: A 48-year-old hotel worker has been arrested in connection with the murder of a teacher who was found strangled and dumped in a stream at an oil palm plantation in Baling, Kedah on April 5.
The man, described as effeminate and goes by the nickname of Timah, was picked up at a hotel in Batu Ferringhi by a team from the Kedah serious crime branch on April 11.
