KUALA LUMPUR: Former Perwaja Steel Sdn Bhd managing director Tan Sri Eric Chia Eng Hock succeeded in retrieving his international passport from the Sessions Court here yesterday to travel to Singapore for the anniversary of his mother’s death.
The travel documents were surrendered to the court as an additional bail condition on Feb 10, when he was charged with criminal breach of trust involving more than RM76mil.
