KUALA LUMPUR: A father and son were jointly charged with culpable homicide in the death of their relative last year.
Carpenters Tan Kim Poh, 51, and Tan Chee Sang, 25, claimed trial to causing the death of businessman Tan Choon Meng, 47, together with three men who were still at large.
