PETALING JAYA: The MTUC has hailed the decision of the Shah Alam High Court to uphold the Government’s decision to recognise the Taylor’s College Academic Staff Association as one that augurs well for healthy industrial relations in the country.

Congress secretary-general G. Rajasekaran said the ruling in favour of the association was good for the trade union movement at a time when the Government had started to take the views of the people seriously.
