PETALING JAYA: The rockfall at the Bukit Lanjan stretch of the North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) has prompted monthly checks on other slopes along the expressway and also the North-South Expressway to ensure that they are safe for use.
Projek Lebuhraya Utara Selatan Bhd (PLUS) managing director Datuk Idrose Mohamed said that before the rockfall, checks or surveys were conducted on slopes every three to four months.
