TELUK INTAN: A 47-year-old habitual sex offender was sentenced yesterday to 30 months' jail and ordered to be whipped twice for using criminal force to outrage the modesty of an eight-year-old girl in 2002.
Aris Mohamad from Kampung Selabak, here, pleaded guilty to the charge under Section 354 of the Penal Code, committed at an oil palm plantation in Kampung Degong, Langkap, at about 12.05pm on Oct 30, 2002.
