KUALA LUMPUR: The Barisan Nasional-led Terengganu government will implement a special five-year plan to ensure the state does not fall again to the opposition.
The plan, to be drafted by the Barisan Nasional and the Economic Planning Unit of the Prime Minister's Department, will focus on education, eradication of poverty and tourism development.
