KUALA LUMPUR: Businessman Tan Sri Ngan Ching Wen, who was declared a bankrupt on Thursday, will apply to the High Court and the Registrar of Societies (ROS) to allow him to continue holding positions in his companies and the Malaysia-China Chamber of Commerce (MCCC).

Ngan, who is executive chairman and managing director of public-listed Unico-Desa Plantations Bhd, said the law allowed him to continue holding the posts if the High Court would grant him leave.
