KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court dismissed yesterday an appeal by Tan Boon Pun, the former chairman of Tung Pao Sdn Bhd against the striking out of his suit against Datuk Tan Heng Chew, the chairman of Warisan TC Holdings Berhad and seven others.
The suit was a derivative against Heng Chew and other individuals that they had acted in breach of fiduciary duties over the running of Warisan TC, in particular over the running of its subsidiary Shiseido Co Ltd.
