KUALA LUMPUR: Lawyers for Hanif Basree Abdul Rahman, who has been accused of murdering accounts executive Noritta Samsudin, have withdrawn their application for a notice of motion for the procurement of five documents from the prosecution.
Yesterday the High Court here was supposed to hear the application filed on March 18 to obtain Hanif Basree’s arrest report and cautioned statement and the chemist, post-mortem and DNA reports.
