KUALA TERENGGANU: Mentri Besar Datuk Idris Jusoh pledged to promote a friendly and caring state government, on his first day of work yesterday.
He said the Barisan Nasional state government would be friendly towards civil servants including those working at the state secretariat at Wisma Darul Iman.
