JOHOR BARU: For the first time in over a decade, the state executive council will see new faces from the MCA as places allocated to the party are vacant.
This came about following the retirement of long-serving state assemblyman Datuk Jimmy Low Boon Hong and Johor MCA chief and former Senggarang assemblyman Datuk Dr Chua Soi Lek's move to a parliamentary seat in the general election.
