KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has fixed March 11 to hear the applications by three Parti Keadilan Nasional leaders to quash what they claimed was an Election Commission decision to disqualify them from contesting in the coming general election.
Keadilan vice-president Mohd Azmin Ali, Youth chief Mohamad Ezam Mohd Nor and Wanita deputy chief Irene Fernandez filed their separate applications at the High Court Registry yesterday morning through their group of lawyers headed by R. Sivarasa.
