AMPANG: The Klang Sessions Court will decide on March 17 whether a former Malaysia Airlines steward, charged with producing a pornographic video compact disc (VCD) with the intention to distribute it to the public, should enter his defence.
Judge Noradidah Ahmad fixed the date after hearing submissions from Deputy Public Prosecutor Salehuddin Saidin and counsel Rakhbir Singh.
