Idris obtains injunction against Hadi

PUTRAJAYA: Terengganu Umno deputy chairman Datuk Idris Jusoh has won his appeal to obtain an interim injunction against Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang and five others from “continuing to defame” him. 

Court of Appeal judges Justices Hashim Mohd Yusoff and Tengku Baharudin Shah Tengku Mahmud and High Court judge Justice Low Hop Bing set aside a decision by the Terengganu High Court which dismissed Idris’ interparte application.
