KUALA LUMPUR: The Foreign Ministry and National Registration Department (NRD) are looking into the case of 17-year-old Roula Ahmed Hammoud, who claims she has been stranded in Lebanon for the past six years.
According to sources, the Malaysian consulate in Beirut is collecting a set of her fingerprints to be sent back to Malaysia to help ascertain her citizenship status.
