KUALA Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has issued an order to prohibit chicken slaughtering in open-air markets for hygienic reasons, reported Sin Chew Daily.
An official told the daily that City Hall would serve a notice today, specifying details of the prohibition, including the date the ban would take effect, the parties involved and the reasons behind the move.
