TELUK INTAN: A youth, who was acquitted of murdering a fellow student three years ago, claimed trial to separate counts of rape and sodomy at the Sessions Court here yesterday.
Now 20-years-old, the youth pleaded not guilty to raping 17-year-old Farrah Deeba Rustam on the back seat of a Proton Iswara bearing the registration number ACE 8971 in Kuala Woh, Batu 7, Jalan Pahang in Tapah at about 6.20pm on Feb 13, 2001.
