KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court struck off yesterday Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's application to disallow the Attorney-General's Chambers from representing former Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Abdul Rahim Noor, whom he is suing for assault.
Justice Mohd Hishamudin Mohd Yunus struck off the application with costs after Senior Federal Counsel Datuk Mary Lim appeared before him in his chambers.
