KUCHING: The state government should listen to the views of the private sector on ways to tackle the flood problems, said the Associated Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Sarawak.
Its president, Senator Wee Kok Tion, said consultants should be engaged to find out how to improve the drainage system state-wide to ensure that flood disasters did not recur.
