KANGAR: Former Kangar Municipal Council president Baharudin Ahmad was charged in the Sessions Court here with four counts of corruption totalling RM387,500.
Baharudin, 46, who stepped down as council president on Oct 31 last year after serving for more than four years, pleaded not guilty when the charges were read out to him yesterday.
